Gourmet Restaurant In southern Ardèche, just outside the village, on the road to Saint André de Cruzières, a pretty restaurant with rough stone walls and a slate that's frequently renewed according to local produce, preferably organic, and the exacting inspiration of chef Yann Espenel. Coiron beef tataki with lentil hummus, spicy poached foie gras broth and coriander. The homemade licorice ice cream is a success. Everything is fresh and tasty. The cellar is a credit to the Ardèche vineyards, and Christelle Espenel's warm welcome augurs well for the service.
