Chef's Restaurant Repris en mains par David Bizet et ses équipes, le restaurant chinois du Peninsula revient dans le jeu. Nous y avons retrouvé une cuisine de qualité, dans ce cadre un brin chargé en évocations, mais qui plaît visiblement à une clientèle régulière. Les dim sum sont bien préparés, la poitrine de porc croustillante, la soupe de wontons crevette et jambon ibérique, le riz au jasmin, la volaille de Challans poêlée façon Kung Pao à la noix de cajou ou l'agneau croustillant au poivre de Séchouan, sont dignes d'un très bon registre. On se promet de revenir pour le canard laqué.
