Gourmet Restaurant 116 is Chef Teshi's Pages on the front side, where you have the right to know and even to choose. If anything, we'd be more inclined towards this open version of the author's restaurant, which is certainly simpler, but also more accessible in its aspects: tuna tartare with soy sauce and cebette, miso-marinated cod, teriyaki salmon, karaage chicken and selected meats (Teshi worked at Desnoyers for a long time, perfecting his knowledge of beef). And a fresh fruit salad as a finishing touch.
