Chef's Restaurant André Rosier's precision, attention to detail and respect for classic French cuisine are well known, but he always manages to surprise us with his beloved Basque products, as well as with others unearthed at the seasonal market. In this beautiful house, away from the crowds, you can enjoy a moment of gourmet serenity. The setting lends itself to this, with stone and light wood, tasteful crockery and a refined ambience under Pierre's supervision, putting diners in the best possible position to appreciate this committed and elegant cuisine: pan-fried foie gras, carrots, onion-sesame condiment, ginger-scented duck consommé, fish from the fish market (brill on this day), Jerusalem artichoke, lemon confit, seaweed beurre blanc, before a refreshing citrus dessert, fromage blanc, crisp matcha tea, limoncello sorbet. Extensive cellar exploring vineyards from here and abroad (Spain, Portugal, Italy...).
