Gourmet Restaurant With three gourmet restaurants practically side by side, Rue Jean Bart boasts a fine concentration of pleasures. Scott Serrato's restaurant takes a fusion approach, with colorful, well-traveled dishes that combine Basque terroir with flavors from elsewhere, notably Asia. Examples include scallops in a shellfish broth with coconut milk, ginger and lemongrass; line-caught sea bass, creamy Jerusalem artichoke, cockle juice and emulsified shellfish broth; veal sweetbread à la plancha, braised sweetbread cannelloni with morel mushroom sauce and combawa zest; citrus dessert with yuzu, citron, Buddha hand and tangerine mikan textures. Tasting menus at €98 and €120.
