Gourmet Restaurant Opened almost twenty years ago by Annie and Pascal Chaupitre (who also opened Le Cercle and Les petits plats du Bourbon in Bourges), the restaurant is now one of Vierzon's must-visit brasseries. This beautiful 19th-century mansion boasts a light-filled dining room and a bistronomic approach to produce that doesn't call into question the chef's technique. Ranging from €21 to €31, the three formulas offer a range of reinterpreted classics: roast market fish and leek minute with salmon roe and egg yolk with tarragon, calf's head with root vegetables and bouillon with gribiche sauce... A very fine cellar. Well-run service.
