Gourmet Restaurant This typical inn on the road to Romorantin has everything it takes to embody the Sologne of good game and simple, generous dishes. Over the years, however, the cuisine has developed a gastro flair, which no doubt meets local demand but detracts from the theme. Cucumber carpaccio with Sologne caviar, like an honest tzatziki with a few grains, or pike-perch well-cooked but accompanied by unremarkable vegetables, illustrate the approach. At their simplest, these are good, well-prepared meats.
