Gourmet Restaurant This is definitely the most spectacular restaurant in Bourges, a renovated 17th-century abbey whose nave houses Pascal Chaupitre and Christophe Lot's brasserie. Under an impressively high ceiling, you can admire the historic remains while enjoying traditional cuisine: velouté of green lentils from Berry and cheese with truffle oil, scallops in garbure sauce, poached guinea fowl fillet, basmati rice and ivory sauce, small pots of crème brûlée and cat's tongues. From €24. The restaurant is located within the 4* Hôtel de Bourbon.
