Gourmet Restaurant The historic charm of the setting, so impressive in this infinite nave, a remarkable 17th-century abbey renovated for a 4-star hotel, must be recognized. The setting is reason enough to enjoy a unique experience under these exceptional heights. You'll enjoy brasserie classics by Pascal Chaupitre and Christophe Lot, well done but a little rushed: mallard pâté with foie gras, leek and dried duck velouté, Charolais entrecôte, poultry quenelle with tarragon, small pots of crème brûlée and cat's tongue. Very busy and efficient service.
