The establishment certainly boasts one of the most beautiful terraces in Rennes, in this pedestrian corner of the carré de la Parcheminerie, where tables can be spread out on the cobblestones. It's a true bistro spirit, blending good humor and simplicity, where you can share an up-to-date, no-fuss menu. Puglia buratta, perfect egg and creamy celery, hazelnut bacon, crispy chicken and spicy mayonnaise, pulled pork and sweet potato purée, herb-crusted pressed lamb, half-baked chocolate and Espelette pepper... Pleasures on the slate, accompanied by a good glass of wine from a 150-strong organic wine cellar.
