Gourmet Restaurant A street-corner bistro that announces the color red on its rugged granite façade. Just like the good meat dishes on the current slate, which make diners want to eat, then treat them. After sharing amusettes, marinated anchovies, croquetas or leeks with smoked mozza vinaigrette, the menu moves on to pureed sausage, duck confit or a connoisseur's cut of beef (Galician, Irish Angus, Black Pearl...). If by chance there's a corner left over, ganache and poached pear or apple and almond tart are the sweet finish.
