Original Restaurant A classic part of everyday life in Rennes, it's a safe, traditional and rather meaty haunt for long-time customers who like to have a choice: between snails, oysters or smoked salmon, between pork stuffed with black pudding, market fish risotto with curry and port-glazed veal kidneys. The €32 Bistrot menu includes profiteroles and Tatin-style apple tart with salted butter caramel. A 25 cl pitcher of Sauvignon is €7.95.
