Gourmet Restaurant Olivier Da Silva has revived this long-established address, bringing the entire Eastern Plateau back together in this easily-accessible brasserie (once renovation work is complete), with a professional welcome and a clear, traditional menu: mayo eggs, rabbit pressé with cider, escargots with parsley butter, tartare, beef cheek bourguignon, coquillettes in carbonara. Add homemade wood-fired pizzas and you've got yourself a treat. Extensive wine cellar, with a varied choice to suit every budget.
