On the edge of the Lyons forest, this beautiful address has been owned since 1973 by the Bergeron family, who fell in love with this 19th-century château, then abandoned. After a major renovation, a restaurant was inaugurated the same year. This was followed by the addition of some 12 rooms, which became the refuge of French and international stars (Johnny Hallyday, Annie Lennox), seduced by the serenity of this bucolic and secret estate in the Vexin region of Normandy. Philippe Bergeron has now taken over from their parents, but the family spirit remains intact, with rooms that are as warm as they are elegant, and a delicious table. Led by Philippe, it offers local cuisine with a touch of the exotic, all served in the château's dining room, warmed by its huge fireplace.
