Sponsored Since late 2017, Martine and Lionel Sarkissian have been attracting both the palates and the eyes of their customers. Indeed, for the Chef, the presentation must be without false note. Regardless of the dish served. "What I like is simple, yet reworked cuisine, often in a bistronomic spirit. Customers appreciate it, are surprised at first and, in the end, happy to have rediscovered a classic recipe such as Poire Williams, salmon gravlax or escargot cromesquis". "In my cooking, I always highlight a regional product: profiteroles from Burgundy with blackcurrant sorbet, royal beef from Bourbon or poultry from Burgundy... Regulars are also charmed by the restaurant's setting: in a private park, green and calm. Open Sunday evenings in summer.
