Gault&Millau's review 2026

The spirit of chic Burgundian countryside is nicely translated by Lisa and Léo Troisgros, in the southern part of the region, in the beautiful natural, undulating Brionnais setting, not so far from the family's land in Ouches, in the neighboring département. Well-being and tranquility, for country recipes imagined by the youngest of the siblings: origami cabbage and duck, pollack, pork, kidneys are worked in a spirit of originality and finesse, with a strong respect for primal taste. 65 € menu for the full experience, with a few à la carte dishes to complement and a wine selection commented on by Lisa.
