In this beautiful stone room with blond parquet flooring, the plates are alluring, with, for example, the impeccable €31 Auberge menu: poultry liver terrine, frogs in parsley sauce, Charolais beef cooked overnight with yuzu juice, strawberries in gazpacho with lemon basil sorbet...
