A true and proud village inn, whose probity and regularity we praise every year, as well as the talent of chef Mickael Montferrat, winner of the Tradition d'aujourd'hui trophy two years ago. The house is doing well, and every plate is cute, in the regional gourmet spirit: frog croustillant with garlic purée and watercress jus, Charolais pot-au-feu in jelly and foie gras, fifteen-hour veal, in the chef's very good €44 menu, which can be further embellished with a little extra on Charolais entrecôte or veal sweetbreads with chanterelles.
