Gourmet Restaurant An old inn in the center of town, this address takes its clientele back to the days of the old bistros, for an authentic experience in form and a very modern one in substance. On the plate, regional classics revisited in a more contemporary vein, such as traditional ravioli with turnip pickles and seafood tartar, haddock salad with Périgord goat's cheese and raspberries, traditional duck breast with aniseed, caramelized melon and falafel, and Périgord strawberries in matcha syrup and yuzu ice cream. Meticulous service.
