Gourmet Restaurant Just off Les Halles, the house's large bay windows and red facade draw the eye and extend an invitation. At Stéphane Cuzin's, you'll find the spirit of those bistros of yesteryear, with its open, welcoming space, its market-fresh dishes that oscillate between tradition and modernity, but with a contemporary decor that brings you back to the present. The menu is efficient and caters for all tastes, with great attention to detail. For example, the €36 menu includes oven-roasted foie gras with strawberry and mirabelle pickles, freshly caught fish and seared duck aiguillettes with dengaku pesto and potato sabayon. Classic desserts. Local wine cellar.
