Chef's Restaurant Perched on the Monbazillac crest, amidst the vines, the Domaine de la Tour des vents restaurant offers an exceptional view of the Bergerac region. Opposite this panorama of greenery, the chef serves a cuisine of noble products, knowing how to promote French gastronomy, a truffle brouillade from M. Bonnetti, truffle royal, bacon foam and truffle butter tartine, cannelloni of crab and langoustines, celery with kefir cream, flying fish eggs and shellfish royal, grilled sweetbreads with cashew corn, tangy carrot juice and stuffed cabbage, a hot soufflé with Grand Marnier. The wines of the region are given pride of place.
