Gourmet Restaurant The reputation of Le Saint Eutrope lives on with the new owner, and everyone's delighted, because finding a good plate of food in a friendly, no-frills atmosphere in the city isn't so easy. Michael Hazlewood (Harry Lester's former second-in-command) offers dishes with simple, well-crafted titles, such as leek and trout, followed by roast guinea fowl and aligot. At first glance, the dessert entitled "bazar" seems aptly named for its myriad ingredients, which nevertheless come together in harmony (the bitterness of the orange blends with the acidity of the passion fruit), on textures both creamy and crunchy. Still a very nature-oriented cellar.
