At the entrance to the city center, the beautiful red façade of Christophe Kovacs's house conceals one of the city's most popular restaurants for its calm, hushed atmosphere and the chef's bourgeois yet refreshing dishes. The €52 menu does its job well, with house-smoked organic salmon, lime and shredded cauliflower, roasted veal sous-noix with morel mushrooms, a fine cheese platter and vacherin with red fruit from the Ornon orchards.
