Gourmet Restaurant This is an Auvergne house that has remained unchanged in its decor and menu, keeping alive the same spirit of tradition and terroir year after year for over a quarter of a century. The place has the familiar air of an old bistro, and the same pleasures can be found here: green Puy lentil salad, pounti, potée auvergnate, sausage and aligot, truffade, coq au vin de Chanturgues, tarte auvergnate aux poires.
