This is undoubtedly the most Auvergne-style restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand, with its decor unchanged since opening, its friendly service and its traditional cuisine, which celebrates the region with the necessary gourmet flair. On the menu are the must-try dishes, such as pounti and hazelnut cream, green lentil salad from Le Puy, coq au vin from Chanturgues, truffade, of course, or tripoux with Charroux mustard and field peas, and tarte auvergnate aux poires.
