In the kitchen, a duo of chefs, Claudine (also the manager), renowned for her dishes, especially fish, and Pascal, a talented pastry chef. Between them, they have created a summer and winter menu that reflects their desire to cook fresh, locally sourced produce and never bore their customers. Featured dishes include roast camembert soufflé, red mullet fillets and ribs. Whether you're a regular or just passing through, you'll appreciate the warm, family-style welcome and, above all, the breathtaking view over the Risle, whether you eat indoors or on the terrace in fine weather. On Mondays at lunchtime, it's bruschettas for everyone! For your private events, the Chefs come to you for a catering service without false notes and always with a smile. Good to know: Le Risle is also a hotel, with eight comfortable, refurbished rooms.
