Gourmet Restaurant Winners of last year's Dotation Gault&Millau, Allan and Ludivine are continuing the work - and that's what it's all about - they started in the early days: revitalizing this once lively corner by bringing a real inn feel to the place. Ludivine's lovely room, know-how and friendliness do much to help. Allan makes the most of the local produce he helps to develop: salmon with broccoli and peppers, pork chop with beet and cocoa, strawberry sorrel and vanilla for an attractive €42 demonstration.
