Gourmet Restaurant For the past two years, Ludivine and Allan have been bringing life to this southern corner of the département, on the edge of the Pays d'Ouche. The restaurant, launched with a Gault&Millau award, is a real opportunity for the region, and the chef knows how to tell fine gourmet stories using regional produce: Norman beef finely sliced with sesame eggplant and basil, piglet mignon with chard, livarot and sage, apricot au gratin with amaretto and savory. Prices are very reasonable, with a menu-card sequence at €45 that allows you to see and taste the best, served with a smile and skill by Ludivine.
