For the past two years, Ludivine and Allan have been bringing life to this southern corner of the département, on the edge of the Pays d'Ouche. The restaurant, launched with a Gault&Millau award, is a real opportunity for the region, and the chef knows how to tell fine gourmet stories using regional produce: Norman beef finely sliced with sesame eggplant and basil, piglet mignon with chard, livarot and sage, apricot au gratin with amaretto and savory. Prices are very reasonable, with a menu-card sequence at €45 that allows you to see and taste the best, served with a smile and skill by Ludivine.
