Gourmet Restaurant Continuing the fine history of this inn facing the majestic ruins of the abbey, Christophe Mauduit reinvents himself on a daily basis to offer a modern take on gourmet Normandy. In this contemporary setting of a typical house, compositions are both familiar and skilful, with snails with garden squash and nasturtium, scallops with verbena, Normandy beef and hay-infused jus, before a daring dessert with hazelnut celery and combava. The short menu can be found in the formulas (from 4 courses for €48). Interesting wine cellar with a classic base.
