Sponsored Allison, Angeline, Laure and Thomas are four friends united by the restaurant business. When the opportunity arose to open their own restaurant, they jumped at the chance, offering traditional cuisine in their establishment. And it was to a charming restaurant overlooking the water that they chose to practice their profession. "Here, our customers can enjoy foie gras and frogs' legs, not to mention 10-hour beef confit. Above all, we've revived the tradition of the much-loved cheese cart. Here, everything is homemade, including desserts such as tarte tatin, saint-honoré and omelette norvégienne! When it comes to wines, we prefer to choose lesser-known estates so that our customers can discover new offerings," they explain. Here, the menu is renewed every two months. Located on the banks of the Yonne, the restaurant features a terrace with direct access to the river. To complete the culinary experience, the upstairs rental apartments (sleeping four and six) are just waiting for you!
