One of the most charming spots in the region—both a bed-and-breakfast and an artists’ residence! Conceived by Lionel Bensemoun (creator of Le Baron in Paris and La Villa Lena in Tuscany) and Nicolas Saltiel (Chapitre Six), this unique property features 21 rooms and suites, each one different, decorated by contemporary artists or by Marion Collard, with a mix of murals, ceramics, and vintage furniture. People come here to recharge just a stone’s throw from the Forest of Fontainebleau: you can stroll through a garden designed by Estelle Marandon, attend a concert or a ceramics workshop… And of course, you won’t want to miss the delights of young chef Éric Fava, who creates plant-based, organic, and locally sourced cuisine, served at a large communal table or tapas-style at the bar. On the edge of the forest, the new spa by EÏA enhances the wellness experience with a sauna, a cold shower, and two massage rooms, including a couples’ room.
