It's hard to miss the striking red façade of this roadside address, where it's good to stop for a taste of the simple, yet rudely effective pleasures of tradition. The €33.50 menu is a real bargain, with its fine reworkings of smoked salmon dome, salmon mousse with shrimp and mango vinaigrette, pan-fried tournedos with morel mushrooms, or Rossini duck breast with tarragon emulsion. Classic desserts. Regional cellar. Good service.
