Now completely transformed, it retains the spirit of the place—original floors, exposed beams, and an inner courtyard with a fish pond—while offering 27 bright rooms and suites, decorated in soft tones and featuring beautiful fabrics. When it comes to dining, the Gina restaurant (and its cocktail bar) offers generous, sun-kissed Mediterranean cuisine by Chef Robin Sanchez, who celebrates the flavors of the South—to be enjoyed on the terrace or in a cozy dining room.
