Jean-Raphaël Persano's quality, homemade cuisine at this welcoming, contemporary auberge is all about pleasing guests while retaining personality and a sense of innovation. A duo of asparagus and kiwi pulp, guinea fowl supreme with aromatic spelt and sautéed morel mushrooms, speculoos cheesecake with honey cream are just some of the dishes on this impeccable €34 menu, with the €60 higher-end offering foie gras and lobster.
