Adapting to the times, he is no less attached to great tradition, excellent sauces and dishes from a constantly renewed personal repertoire. You'll enter with confidence and leave delighted by the experience of a truly festive menu: carpaccio of yellowtail, black ciron from Iran, green asparagus and foie gras, sweetbreads fregola sarda or langoustines, peas and onions from Roscoff in a fine Lucullus menu at €99. Extensive generalist cellar, with a rightful place for Burgundy.
