Chef's Restaurant A real restaurant, a real chef, who doesn't show off, who doesn't sell you a bill of goods, but makes real chef's dishes while claiming to have been an "apprentice for sixty years". That's how Patrick Gauthier describes himself, modest yet masterful, respectful of tradition yet always avant-garde. Lovely plates featuring noble products: asparagus foie gras banyuls, langoustines yuzu caviar végétal, sweetbreads mushrooms watercress, on menus ranging from €76 to €170. A rich cellar in this Senonese start to the enchanted Burgundy, of course extended to all climats.
