Gourmet Restaurant In this beautiful house, magnificently situated on the Chardons beach, a short menu based on seafood ensures freshness and quality. The cuisine is inspired by the seasons and what local fishermen and market gardeners have to offer. Fish can be served with orange endive marmalade or garlic purée and leek fondue, abalone in a Thai broth with lemongrass or butter and creamy vegetables. Sweet suggestions change weekly. The wine list is also short. Attentive service.
