Original Restaurant The beautiful half-timbered building overlooking the Toulouse brick wall is a must-see. For ages, the pleasure of glass and plate, in the simplicity of a well-developed bourgeois and bistro cuisine: terrine, escargots, gésiers persillés, tourte de ris de veau au foie gras, rognons de veau du Ségala au porto. Full menu at €26, with a choice by the glass from the current, briefly-illustrated slate.
