Gourmet Restaurant This is a table for connoisseurs and regulars, in the heart of the city, on the Carmes side. The women are at the helm, on either side of the pass, with competence and efficiency, in just the right tone of relaxation and professionalism. As evidenced by the very fine wine list, which focuses on virtuous winemakers and well-finished wines, commented on with enthusiasm, or the care taken in choosing the bread or cheese. A perfect accompaniment to pâté en croûte with galabart black pudding or basse côte d'Aubrac with cabbage and pommes dauphine, ending with a frangipane hazelnut pear coffee with praline ice cream.
