Gourmet Restaurant Right in the heart of the Carmes district, a pretty little room with a singular decor: beautiful parquet flooring, drapes, velvet, cushions, pretty armchairs, marble busts, candles and subdued lighting. It's the perfect romantic setting for an evening in good company. And the cuisine is worthy of a small chef's hat, with its truffle "bikini" (a kind of croque-monsieur), gyozas, crying tiger or melting pork belly with sheep's tomme polenta and chanterelle mushrooms. Desserts are just right, the wine cellar is slim but well-stocked with fare, and the service is cheerful.
