Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant bistro in its own time, a nugget in the Carmes district where Sarah Nortier's cooking does so much good, in that cool, professional atmosphere that everyone is looking for today. In this little brick-beamed room with its lively atmosphere, she shares her vision, very much focused on vegetables and fruit, with a great deal of naturalness, even if we obviously regret the directive model of the blind menu: carrots, onions, chestnuts, spinach leaves, grapefruit, pumpkin, lamb's lettuce, and despite everything, some good proteins on certain plates. Desserts are just as clever (date and orange, milk chocolate potato, mint leaves), and the wine list is 100% natural/organic/biodynamic, allowing for some surprising food and wine pairings.
