Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant place in the Carmes district, with modern architecture and vintage decor, parquet flooring and bistro chairs, and small square tables. Well-formatted cuisine on a trendy à la carte menu, offering a wide choice at an affordable price (€38 for the complete sequence, alongside two tasting menus at €48 and €55): line whiting nuggets with grapefruit cockle condiment, fregpla sarda with tartar sauce, barbecued goose breast and crispy turnip daikon nem with teriyaki sauce, tatin with caramel ice cream and vanilla chantilly, all topped with appetizing suggestions of the moment.
