Gourmet Restaurant A superb location for admiring the Grande Bleue and enjoying the Mucem site. The brasserie, as designed by Gérald Passedat, is a success in terms of both design and concept, with plates that are adapted to the location, that stand out and are in keeping with the times, with a chef's signature: grilled octopus, peas in hummus, refreshed cucumber broth, cannelloni, fresh goat's cheese, peas and broad beans, preserved lemon, green juice, daily vegetable bayaldi, full-bodied fish juice with fennel... Good menu at €42, professional service.
