Sponsored Frédéric and Constant praise French cuisine at its most traditional and refined. They admit to doing a great deal of culinary research in order to constantly improve. At the heart of everything is the raw product, sourced directly from the producer as often as possible: beef from Normandy, local fish, offal... Then there are the vegetables and herbs that the Chef picks himself. As a result, the refinement of the dishes is on a par with the decor of the restaurant, with its authentic charm (exposed beams, paintings...): "chic à la française"! Visit us just off Place Sainte-Catherine, in Honfleur, to enjoy the fruits of this intuitive cuisine, served under cloches, on tablecloths, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere... and a French musical ambience that blends so well with everything else.
