Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant experience in the Marais, in an atmosphere of a distinguished "home from home": tasteful decor, a personalized welcome, friends and good taste. Let yourself be carried away by Grand-Mère Mano's gnocchi, orange blossom water cream, shavings of comté cheese, smoked bacon, duck foie gras, onion compote, salmon spaghetti, for chef Nicola Casties' meticulously-crafted and personal homemade dishes, in a totally good mood. A toque this year, particularly for the main courses, although the mi-cuit à l'envers dessert with dark chocolate, Roquefort and walnuts is quite interesting. A fairly slim cellar, but varied with personal choices.
