Original Restaurant The wine bar set up by Antoine and Théophile looks great. Because the two brothers, after criss-crossing vineyards everywhere, have built up a network that has enabled them to quickly create a professional wine list, in this modern, welcoming space where you can also enjoy charcuterie and cheeses. You only have to look at the labels of champagne (Bérèche, Brochet, Agrapart) or chablis (Raveneau, Dauvissat...) to understand where they stand. And there are some tempting bargains to be had on many of the great regions and estates (Dujac's morey saint-denis 2020 at €140, sound familiar?). Just what you need for some pâté en croûte, paleta d'iberico or escargots...
