Gourmet Restaurant The name has remained, but for those who may have known the restaurant in the days of chef Antoine Sacré, the score has changed, and it is now under the ustensils of Japanese chef Yoshi that the place is once again open to discovery. While the cuisine is no less French, with a hint of bistro, the chef "Japaneseizes" it with subtlety and great mastery. With a €28 starter, main course and dessert, you can measure it by the minute, knife-cut beef tartare seasoned with wasabi on a soy aioli, a roasted filet of sea bream glazed in a hazelnut butter with yuzu on a crushed potato with fresh seaweed and crunchy vegetables braised on a Japanese barbecue, and the hypnotic matcha tea cheesecake direct from Kyoto... These are just a few of the dishes that appeal to a clientele of regulars, working people and tourists, a little way from the noisy city center. Every 18th of the month, the restaurant transforms itself for the day into an izakaya, offering sharing plates and plum alcohol for a reasonable sum. Very pleasant service.
