Gourmet Restaurant A reassuring home. In the heart of town, the Ollivier couple have made their establishment a benchmark for reliability and consistency. The welcoming dining room, with its parquet floor, stone or plain white walls, old regional furniture, white tablecloths and towels, is Corinne's domain. With calm, efficiency and kindness, she pampers her customers. In the kitchen, Stéphane's savoir-faire is nurtured by a well-honed classicism. Fleshy, iodized Paimpol oysters are the perfect accompaniment to cider and leek fondue. A host of seasonal vegetables accompany a thick cod fillet highlighted by a bone jus -and Kernilien cider- that we would have liked to see more of. Then it's time to make do with an honest, gourmet mango gratin with almond cream and vanilla ice cream. The classicism of the cuisine is matched by the classicism of the cellar: Côtes-du-Rhône Chapoutier, Châteauneuf-du-Pape du Clos de l'Oratoire, Sancerre Reverdy-Ducroux...
