Original Restaurant Seigniorial interiors for this renowned business restaurant, located above Cordeliers station. The house's century-old decor is a rare gentlemen's club style, with red carpeting, rich wood ornamentation, a large coffered ceiling and piano bar, and a large bar for an almost Victorian atmosphere. The menu, on the other hand, takes you back to Lyon, with classics from the repertoire: pike quenelle, andouillette gratin, calf's head with gribiche sauce, coq au morgon, brioche sausage... A fine cellar of port.
