Gourmet Restaurant After some refurbishment, the first and most famous of the Bocuse brasseries has reopened its doors, continuing its thirty years of existence and the tradition it perpetuates. The house brings together all the spirit of Lyon in a single location, to offer those who discover it, the essentials of the city, without any lack of taste. Of course, there are the Thonet chairs, the beautiful stained glass windows, the red banquettes, the elegant opus incertum paving, the traditional table setting with white tablecloths, and then the heart of the matter, the great classics of the typical Bocuse brasserie. Eddie Baudet's menu includes eggs mayo, onion soup au gratin à la lyonnaise, saladier lyonnais, pike quenelle with Nantua sauce, old-fashioned veal blanquette, pan-fried veal liver and Valrhona chocolate heart tart. Cellar adapted, in jars or by the bottle.
