Original Restaurant In the Teil family, we ask for the table, which is now the centerpiece of a four-address service, along with the hotel, boutique and tea room. This authentic bistronomic address in the middle of the Rouergue region has a vintage atmosphere that will appeal as much to tourists from elsewhere as to aficionados of the style, who will appreciate the continuity of Julien Mazier's dishes. The chef reinvents the classics, following the market and the mood, with just the right amount of technique and flair to ensure a loyal clientele. Good service.
