Gault&Millau's review 2025

In a green setting in the heart of the small village of Pailherols, Marie and Coralie offer a comfortable, relaxing stopover in a natural environment. Guests have access to 10 beautiful wood-panelled rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam, as well as a restaurant run by chef Stéphane Dubois. A taste for nature and well-being that is reflected in the many yoga courses and workshops offered throughout the year.
