In the heart of the city, with a bistro downstairs and a gastronomic space upstairs, chef David Burgarella's cuisine takes on new heights, both literally and figuratively. Poached monkfish, zucchini spaghetti with virgin citrus mint, olives and stuffed mussels, pan-fried Aveyron veal chop with wild thyme, vegetable galette with Laguiole sauce, Berlingot de framboise opaline sorbet yuzu, a rather accomplished cuisine, an interesting cellar and friendly service.
