Don't be fooled by the standardized appearance of this address in the commercial zone not far from Rodez, this is a fine contemporary table, designed by Alexandre and Corinne Batut. It's a place to rediscover the pleasures of well-thought-out market cuisine and friendly service, in an uncluttered setting that reflects the chef's modern intentions. The plates are on the slate, regularly renewed and feature reworked classics, such as calf's head or profiteroles. A short but well-constructed menu. Minis prices.
