Gourmet Restaurant This rather traditional Bilboquet makes a notable effort to stand out from the crowd, favoring good products and homemade preparations that don't seek originality at any price. This is what makes the €39 menu so attractive, always well composed, with a variation of cauliflower and pork belly, trout fario piperade with vegetables (butternut, parsnips, carrots...) or duck breast in sweet and sour polenta with abundance and a good chocolate vanilla pear Savoy cookie. And you can leave with foie gras, salmon or smoked char...
